Register for Sessions
Thank you for your interest in joining the Virtuosi program! This page will walk you through the registration process.
1. Registration Form
First, please fill out the form below if you wish to participate in our program.
If you are placed our waitlist, we will let you know. If that is not the case, you will be hearing back from us in 3-5 days with an email containing your mentor’s information, including their names, grade and school, and a short bio introducing themselves. Our team will try our best to accommodate for every student’s preferences. However, please keep in mind that mentor availability may be limited. Read about why.
2. Starting Your First Session
Once you are registered and paired, you can communicate directly with your mentor via email, text, phone, social media, or other preferred options to schedule sessions.
You may determine the length, frequency, and platform of your sessions.
You can meet as long and as often as you both agree. Most of our sessions are 30 minutes long.
The most commonly used online platforms to hold sessions are Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and Facetime.
Note: If you wish to switch your mentor for specific reasons, please feel free to email us and discuss further details. We recommend doing this as soon as possible.
3. Finalizing Your Regular Sessions
Prior to the sessions, please send photos or documents of your child’s music to the mentor in advance. This saves extra time of communication and ensures the best quality of mentoring.
We will also be sending out an evaluation form after the first five sessions and during the end of every season – you may evaluate your mentor and give suggestions.

Once the above is complete, your child should be successfully paired with a mentor and be free to start your sessions!
